  • Do you offer in person personal training?

    Yes, we do. It is area dependant, so contact our team and let them know you are interested in personal training and we can see if we are in your area.

  • I like variety, especially in my meal plan, what program is best for me?

    If you are looking for variety or to have changes made frequently and are not looking to compete in any competitions, then chek out the lifestlye page.

  • Why is there a price difference between Prep and Off-season?

    Preps tend to require more consistent checkins, it would not be uncommon for a client to check in twice weekly or more depending on how close to show date they are. Thus, the price point reflects the added work and time that goes into getting our clients stage ready.

  • Will my coach be at my show?

    This will be an agreement between you and your coach. Reach out to them directly to learn more about travel and entry fees.
